By using the Service, User agrees to follow the terms and conditions mentioned in this Agreement. If a user does not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, should not use the Service. 1.User Responsibilities
User agrees to use the Service for legitimate purposes only and in accord with the applicable laws. User agrees not to use the website to: 1. Post or transfer any content that is illegal, defamatory, scandalous, obscene, impolite, coarse, harassing, threatening, invading privacy or publicity rights, or objectionable. 2. You are solely responsible for the truthfulness, quality, and validity of all content materials provided or shared by you through the Service. GetAstro has the right to eliminate content violating the Agreement or if otherwise objectionable. 2.Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on the Service, including without limitation, text content, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is solely the property of GetAstro or its providers and is protected by the copyright laws.
User may not use any Content without the express written permission of GetAstro or its content suppliers. 3. Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GetAstro and its Tarot Readers, Acharyas, Astrologers, and other team members, from and against any claims, actions, suits, or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of this Agreement or other right of any person or entity. 4. Limitation of Liability
GetAstro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages occurring due to or in any way connected to our Service or the Content, whether based on contract, strict liability, or even if GetAstro has been informed of the possibility of such damages. 5. Termination
GetAstro has complete right to terminate or suspend your access to the whole or any part of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, for any or no reason, including but not limited to, breach of this Agreement. 6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be administered by and interpreted in harmony with the State laws without affecting any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding happening due to or relating to this Agreement or the Service shall be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts in the jurisdiction and user (s) hereby consents to the jurisdiction of such courts. 7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement comprises of the entire agreement between user and GetAstro platform with respect to the use of our offered Services, and succeeds all prior or contemporary communications.
