Since these digital products are not possible to return or exchange once received, we cannot provide refunds for them. Therefore, we suggest that customers thoroughly read the product description before making any purchase.

Online Consultations:

We understand that there are sometimes, unexpected circumstances may arise, and a customer may ask to reschedule their consultation. In such cases, we have a policy of 24-hour notification. If a user needs rescheduling, notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If they do not notify us within this duration, they will lose their payment.
